JASON MOSS, Music
Jason Moss was born in Englewood, NJ and at the age of 13 his family moved to Caracas, Venezuela for 3 1/2 years. He returned to New Jersey and New York to finish high school. Jason earned a double Bachelor's Degree at the Ramapo College of New Jersey in Fine Arts in Music & Communication Arts and New Media. At twenty-six he moved to Phoenix, AZ and began to build his reputation and career as an up and coming composer and songwriter.
In 2000, Jason moved to Los Angeles to promote his company, Moss Man Media, and eventually founded Supersonic Music. In 2006, while continuing his work creating music for TV, film and Documentaries, Jason signed with Machine Head to represent him in the world of television commercials. He has translated his early eclectic background into one of eclectic musical fields and genres, from advertising, television shows, film and documentaries to remixes and internet campaigns.
Jason's most recent projects include the documentary film JUVIES by director Leslie Neale and producers Marc Wahlberg and John Densmore, a remix of Silver Sun Pickup's "Lazy Eye" with DJ Jason Bentley, the "Dr. Steve O Show", additional music for MTV's "Road Rules", "Dr. 90210" on E!, "Untold Stories of the ER" on TLC, "Expeditions to the Edge" on National Geographic Television, SUPERBOWL XXXVI musical opening for FOX Sports and the NFL, and television commercials for Product RED, Pioneer, XBOX, Jeep, Chrysler, and Dodge.
